Cancelation Policy

For a full refund, our guests must cancel at least 24 hours before the activity’s starting time (Greece time zone). If a cancellation takes place after the above deadline, the amount paid is non-refundable.
We may be able to issue a refund if a guest has to cancel because of an emergency or an unforeseen event (Force Majeure).
We send refunds immediately upon cancellation and they usually show up within 3-5 days (in some countries the delay may be longer).
